The F-900V series velocity area open channel flowmeter is an instrument used to measure the liquid flow rate of channels with non full pipes and open discharges. Ultrasonic velocity sensor
Ultrasonic velocity sensor is a device that realizes the mutual conversion of sound and electricity. When stimulated by electrical pulses, sound waves are generated, and when stimulated by sound waves, an electrical signal is output. Single channel has two sensors, dual channel has four sensors, and triple channel has six sensors. The sensor is fixed on the bracket and immersed in water. Our company's ceramic ultrasonic speed sensor is resistant to friction, corrosion, and has a long service life that can work in water for a long time.

The liquid level is measured using ultrasonic echo ranging method, and this liquid level gauge is an intelligent non-contact liquid level measuring instrument. Equipped with automatic power adjustment, gain control, temperature compensation, advanced detection and calculation techniques to improve the measurement accuracy of the instrument, and suppression of interference echoes to ensure the authenticity of measurement results. The liquid level gauge is fixedly installed above the channel water level observation point. Probe the head and aim it vertically at the water surface.

Working principle of F-900V series velocity area open channel flowmeter
Using the ultrasonic velocity difference method (the velocity difference caused by the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the direction of liquid flow and in the opposite direction) to measure the average flow velocity V of the liquid, and the level gauge to measure the depth H of the liquid level, when the cross-sectional shape and size of the channel are determined, the liquid flow rate Q in the channel can be calculated. Q=V × H × S (H), where S (H) is the functional relationship between the depth of the liquid level and the cross-sectional area of the water flow.
